Why you would replace a window pane?
Broken Glass Pane
This is one of the most common reasons that a pane is replaced, from kids breaking the glass to cracked, chipped glass. We can easily fix you a new pane.
Scratches on the glass
Over time glass can become scratched from all types of sources, from window cleaning to branch strikes, the glass may become weakened and need replacing.
Condensation or misty window

replacement is typical when the pane has failed and will need to be replaced and if it's due to old age, we may recommend renewing the others at the same time.
Seals broken or worn out.
If the window becomes a bit drafty then maybe it's time to have a closer look at those seals around the window and see if they require replacing.
