Set out the service level agreement
We can agree certain terms of business that matches your needs, for example call out response times, payment terms, types of repairs and who is responsible for payment.

Call out & initial survey
Once we have been instructed, we are then available to respond to calls within the agreement and we will take care of the process from call to repair.

Immediate repair, if parts are on the van or order for fix.
Every situation is different, we can ensure the property is secure on the first visit and a temporary fix maybe required, if we have the parts on the van we will endeavour to repair on the first call out.

Installation & invoice
Once all the work has been carried out, we will document the work for your client along with date and times, and submit the *invoice for settlement.
